The Fine Print

All recording sessions require a 50% deposit to schedule.

Deposits/prepayments are nonrefundable.

PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT...

Receipt of your deposit gets you locked in on the calendar. Until your deposit is received, your session is not confirmed.

PAYING THE BALANCE...

Payment for the remainder of the session will be due anytime before or at the scheduled start of the session.

IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE...

Sessions can be rescheduled one week in advance of the session with no penalty. Sessions rescheduled less than one week in advance of the scheduled time will forfeit the deposit.

In cases of emergency, exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the studio.

IF YOU DON'T SHOW UP FOR YOUR SESSION...

At the studio's discretion, client may be required to pay in full before scheduling future sessions (ex. last minute booking, past payment issues, no show/no call, etc.)
